OXFORD, Miss.-FNC Inc, a mortgage compliance firm, has entered into a strategic alliance with IntelliReal, which adds the automated valuation model provider to its list of services. IntelliReal's model includes multiple listing service (MLS) data, which the firm claims improves accuracy and makes the product more predictive. The firm's CEO Miles said his company's model will help FNC clients make smarter decisions.
