SENTINEL SERVICES, Canoga Park, Calif., a subsidiary of DataCard Corp., announced a reorganization in which president Bob May was named chairman and Marcia Clark was hired from Bank of America to be president and general manager.
Mr. May will focus on opportunities to enhance card services and to develop business. He will also provide marketing knowledge and support to the parent corporation.
Ms. Clark had worked nine years as an executive at Security Pacific Corp., Los Angeles, which merged in April with BankAmerica Corp.
