FREEPORT, Ill. - Premier Financial Services Inc. said it has definitively agreed to acquire First Northbrook Bancorp of Northbrook, Ill.
The agreement calls for First Northbrook holders to receive an undisclosed amount of cash or stock of Premier Financial Services. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 1993.
