GLENVIEW, Ill. -- Zenith Electronics Corp. has signed a three-year, $60 million working capital credit agreement with the Bank of New York Commercial Corp., a unit of Bank of New York Co.
Borrowings under the credit agreement are secured by accounts receivable and trademarks. The agreement replaces one that was to expire at the end of 1992 and that has been fully repaid and terminated.
