BELLEVUE, Wash. - Columbia Banking System Inc. said it had acquired the mortgage operations of Drake Mortgage of Seattle.
Terms were not disclosed. Columbia said the acquisition took effect Tuesday.
Drake has closed over $60 million in mortgage loans this year, the banking company said.
