SANDUSKY, Ohio - National City Corp. said it will consolidate two of its units: Third National Bank of Sandusky and National City Bank Bank (Cleveland).
Third National Bank will operate under the National City name.
Third National will maintain local management, including the authority to approve loans and price products and services.
