DURHAM, N.C. - CCB Financial Corp. completed its acquisition of Citizens Savings of Lenoir, N.C.
In a press release, CCB Financial said Citizens Savings has changed its name to Citizens Savings Inc.
The company said Citizens Savings will merge into CCB Financial's CCB Savings Bank unit later this year.
Citizens Savings has assets of $130.2 million, deposits of $112.7 million, and retained earnings of $16.5 million as of Sept. 30.
