The $34 million-asset Union State Bank in Kewaunee, Wis., signed a data processing contract with Fiserv Inc., Brookfield, Wis. In addition to account processing services, Union State Bank also will be using an optical disk laser retrieval system and a PC-based network for teller and platform functions.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
