KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- United Missouri Bancshares said it has completed the acquisition of CNB Financial Corp., based in Kansas City, Kan.
Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition includes the holding company, which has $504 million of assets and four subsidiary banks in Kansas. United Missouri Bancshares reported total assets of $4.95 billion at March 31.
