COVENANT BANK, Hadonfield, N.J., said Melville P. Dickenson Jr. has joined its board of directors.
He founded the employee benefits firm of M.P. Dickenson and Associates and was co-founder of Miller, Mason, and Dickenson Inc., consultants and actuaries in the employee benefits field.
Samuel M. Gans has been appointed to the bank's Camden County advisory board. Mr. Gans is president of Micrographic Services Inc., a microfilming facility in Pennsauken. N.J.
