MIDFIRST BANK, Oklahoma City, has named Gerald R. Marshall as a director.
Mr. Marshall is chairman and chief executive officer of Oklahoma City's Ram Management Associates Inc., which is one of the top 10 asset-management contractors, managing over $1 billion in real estate and loans for the Resolution Trust Corp.
He has been the board chairman, chief executive officer, or president of several financial institutions.
