FORT MYERS, Ha. -- Parkway Bank in Fort Myers, Fla., and Citizens National Bank in Naples, Fla., have been merged into AmSouth Bank of Florida.
The 14 offices of Parkway and Citizens, which were acquired by Alabama-based AmSouth on April 4, reopened at the end of last week as AmSouth Bank branches.
AmSouth has 107 banking offices in Florida and has two acquisitions pending: Fortune Bank of Clearwater and Bank of Tampa.
