Mexican start-up gets Comtrac tool.

Banco Industrial in Guadalajara, Mexico, signed an agreement to use Comtrac Corp.'s new Spanish-language version of its PC-based automated teller machine controller.

The Spanish-language software allows Mexican institutions to operate their ATM network software, including generation of all reports, using local terminology.

The ATMs themselves provide instructions to customers in English or Spanish.

Banco Industrial is one of 17 Mexican banks chartered since the signing of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Comtrac is based in Dallas.
