MILWAUKEE -- M&I Data Services Inc., the data processing unit of the $12 billion-asset Marshall & Ilsley Corp., has modified -its systems to enable new Visa check cardholders to acknowledge electronically the receipt of the cards.
The modification means that Visa check cardholders from M&I client banks must verify receiving both the card and the personal identification number at an automated teller machine before the card is activated.
