Wachovia Corp. Names Executives

Wachovia Corp. announced the elections of senior vice presidents for its North Carolina bank and for Wachovia Operational Services Corp. David W. Brooks 2d and Russell L. Kimbro Jr. were promoted by Wachovia Bank of North Carolina, Winston-Salem. Mr. Brooks is manager of asset liability management in the funds management group, and Mr. Kimbro is manager of personal trust portfolio management in the investment management group. Walter C. Joyce Jr., Herbert L. Doss, and Jane A. Fulton were promoted at the services unit in Winston-Salem. Mr. Joyce is computer operations manager in the computing and network services group. Mr. Doss is manager of credit services and operational support, and Ms. Fulton is manager of trust and financial systems in the systems development group.
