Citi Issues $150M of Senior Medium-Term Notes

NEW YORK - Citicorp this week issued $150 million of senior medium- term notes due Feb. 1, 2000, said joint lead manager Lehman Brothers.

The notes have an 8.80% coupon and were priced at par to yield 100 basis points over when-issued five-year U.S. Treasuries.

Noncallable for two years, the notes are expected to be rated A2 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and single-A by Standard & Poor's Corp.
