Agenda items include amendments to risk-based capital guidelines. 10 a.m., Eccles Building Board Room Comptroller of the Currency Eugene A. Ludwig and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Chairman Ricki Tigert Helfer address the New York State Banking Association in New York. Also speaking is New York Fed President William McDonough. Friday, Feb. 3: No significant events scheduled.
