FIRST CHICAGO Corp. has elected eight senior vice presidents and one senior managing director.

* Jan-Erik Andersen heads the large corporate division for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in corporate and institutional banking.

* Richard J. Blum heads operations for the trading products division of corproate and institutional banking.

* Steven D. Burgher heads the audit function for consumer banking, First Card, and corporate staff.

* Jeremy G.O. Farmer heads corporate staff human resources.

* Jerry J. Kane heads a team in the Midwest corporate banking division of corporate and institutional banking.

* Kathy A. O'Doherty heads human resources for First Card.

* Robert J. Paszczak heads commercial lending in the west and south areas of the community banking group.

* John K. Tomick heads advertising and communications in the community banking group.

* Nancy M. Amicangelo was elected a senior managing director of First Chicago Capital Markets. She heads the financing desk and is deputy head of the government bond department.
