Card Briefs: Bank Plus in Deal with Black Church Coalition

Bank Plus Corp. has signed an agreement with an umbrella group of African-American churches to provide an affinity credit card for church members.

Bank Plus, through its Fidelity Federal Bank subsidiary, will issue cards on behalf of Revelation Corporation of America, which is owned by five of the country's largest African-American church denominations. Revcorp, which was founded in 1996, says its denominations include 43,000 churches and 20 million members. Its marketing data base includes 2.5 million church members.
