Bank of Bloomfield Names Executive

Bank of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., hired John P. Landis as vice president and lead the development of an asset management division, a newly created post.

Mr. Landis had been senior director of sales and marketing at Wilson, Kemp & Associates, an investment banking subsidiary of Comerica Inc., Detroit, a bank holding company where he had worked from 1971 to 1994.

At Comerica, he had been managing director of retail sales in the securities division. He also had worked in community banking, trust, brokerage services, and investment management at Comerica and its predecessor, Manufacturers Bank of Detroit.
