5 Countrywide Execs, Including CEO, File to Sell Shares

Five executives at Countrywide Credit Industries Inc. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell shares, according CDA/Investnet.

Chief executive officer Angelo Mozilo and Kevin Bartlett, a managing directorr filed June 26 to sell 9,000 and 70,775 shares respectively.

Since then managing directors David Sambol filed to sell 50,000 shares, Marshall Gates, filed to sell 4,000 shares, and Thomas Boone, filed to sell 5,000 shares. A Countrywide spokeswoman declined to comment.
