CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Bank of America Corp. said Wednesday that it would more closely coordinate its commercial banking, middle-market investment banking, treasury management, and commercial finance activities.
Graham Denton, the former manager for middle-market investment banking and commercial finance, will lead the effort.
Doug Bowers and Regina Liang Chun will report to Mr. Denton.
Mr. Bowers will continue to lead some state-level commercial banking initiatives and help with the integration of the middle-market investment bank.
Ms. Chun will be in charge of national sales and marketing for treasury management and continue to lead group banking, which is the marketing of consumer banking activities to employees of the bank's commercial customers.
