In Brief: Bank One Exec Joins Board of Tech Firm

Bank One Corp.'s chief technology officer, Marvin Adams, has joined the board of NetOps Corp., a provider of fault detection tools for computer networks.

"Marv's extensive years of hands-on and executive management skills scale across every aspect of the industry," said NetOps president and founder Lou Steinberg. "I am convinced that his knowledge and complete comprehension of industry trends will further enhance our organization's direction and offerings."

Mr. Adams is also an adviser to Baker Capital Corp., a venture capital firm that recently invested $5 million in NetOps.
