Voltage Security Inc. said that the online payment provider ClickandBuy International Ltd. would use its system to protect payment data.
ClickandBuy, of London, said it would use technology from Voltage to meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry data security standard, which describes how companies should protect and handle payment data.
ClickandBuy said it considered many options but chose Voltage for its quality and its ease of integration.
"Voltage became the obvious choice due primarily to the ease of integration into our infrastructure, including numerous back office trading applications and databases, which meant we did not need to make application changes," Christoph Kurpinski, ClickandBuy's chief technology officer, said in a press release.
