Indecomm Global Services has signed an agreement with Mortgage U to provide mortgage learning services.

The companies may also engage in joint sales efforts to meet their customers' needs, Indecomm said Monday. Mortgage U provides mortgage training while Indecomm is a business process outsourcing company.

Mortgage U's content and the Indecomm Mortgage Mentor's suite of services for mortgage lending and servicing can be used to create curriculums and convert instructor-led content into a blended format that includes e-learning, instructor-led training, videos and workshops.

"Indecomm's alliance with Mortgage U will bring novel solutions as well as scale and speed to meet the workforce performance challenges our clients face in this new regulatory environment," Sunil Nair, president of the learning solutions division for Indecomm, said in a news release. "The alliance supports standardized, efficient and just-in-time training methods."
