Iowa Bank Invests in Fraud Training

Community Bank in Dunlap, Iowa, will offer its staff online fraud prevention training from TRC Interactive.

In the training exercises, the user has to decide whether simulated transactions are legitimate or fraudulent, TRC said Monday. The exercises are randomized so users don't experience them in the same order and the program is updated quarterly with new exercises.

Community Bank has $98 million in assets with seven branches in Iowa. TRC Interactive, based in Harrisburg, Pa., provides training to banks and credit unions that covers topics such as compliance, new accounts, lending, management and customer service.
