The Hauppauge, N.Y., firm on Tuesday hired Anthony Polini as director of research. Polini was recently a sell-side analyst at Raymond James.
Nicole Gulino also joined American Capital, as senior research analyst. She was recently a senior research associate at Raymond James, where she focused on regional and community banks in the Northeast.
The announcement comes days before banks begin reporting fourth-quarter earnings.
