MW Bancorp in Ohio Says CFO Will Resign

MW Bancorp in Cincinnati is looking for a new chief financial officer.

The $100 million-asset company said Jill Ulrich plans to resign on Sept. 30, according to a Thursday regulatory filing. MW Bancorp did not detail its plans to replace Ulrich. The company could not be reached for comment.

Ulrich, 49, was named MW's CFO on April 6. She succeeded Shelly Alltop, who had been MW's CFO since October before stepping down from that position. Alltop remains the company's chief operating officer.

Ulrich was previously the controller for the National Bank & Trust in Wilmington, Ohio, which was acquired in March by the $3.2 billion-asset Peoples Bancorp in Marietta, Ohio.

Watch Hill Bank changed its name from Mt. Washington Savings Bank on July 31.
