BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, a unit of Bank of New York Mellon Corp., hired Kathy Cuocolo to run its U.S. mutual fund administration and exchange-trade fund services, a newly created position.
Ms. Cuocolo reports to Jeffrey Bieselin, the head of U.S. investment operations for BNY Mellon Asset Servicing, and runs product administration, servicing, and operations for mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.
Ms. Cuocolo, 55, was a consultant and the principal with Cuocolo & Associates in Concord, Mass., which provided governance and operations guidance to senior management and investment fund directors. Previously she was an executive vice president and the division head of investment products and services with State Street Corp. in Boston.
The hiring was announced Tuesday.
