Abilene Teachers FCU Produces $112,000 For Charity Through Skip-A-Pay

ABILENE, Texas – Abilene Teachers FCU raised $112,000 for the Boys and Girls Club of Abilene through its Skip-A-Pay loan promotion.

Under the program, members in good standing are allowed to skip a loan payment in exchange for a $10 donation. The credit union took the collections during November, December and January and donated them to the Boys & Girls Club.

The credit union has raised $450,000 for the Boys & Girls Club over the past seven years by using this method of gathering donations.
