Federal Reserve system is seeking comment on rules implementing provisions of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006. Comments are due Dec. 12.

FDIC is seeking comment on changes to annual independent audit and reporting requirements for insured depository institutions with $500 million or more in assets. Comments are due Jan.31.
