ANCHORAGE, Alaska. – Alaska USA FCU has agreed to provide $4 million to refinance a $20 million loan a downtown office buildings here.
The loans is being made in partnership with the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority, the state business lending agency.
The building owner also plans to use some of the loan to improve its office building at Northern Lights Blvd. in Anchorage and the 4th Avenue Theatre downtown.
