ALCOA, Tenn. – Alcoa Tenn FCU has launched PSCU’s Mobile Bill Pay, a new service which allows existing PayLynx Bill Pay users to make one-time payments, manage pending payments and view payment history using their mobile devices.

“We knew adults under 30 were not going to walk through the door of our branch,” said Sarah Lawson, IT specialist at the $180 million credit union. “We needed to reach out to them and offer the convenient mobile capabilities they expect from a financial services provider.”
After an initial roll-out the credit union plans to launch TV commercials on its mobile offering at the beginning of the summer.
Credit union members can download the mobile banking app from iTunes, Android Market, or the Blackberry App Store.
