The $41-million All City Credit Union has selected Fuze Q&A from Fuze Technologies, Inc. to provide a comprehensive suite of technologies that will enable it to create a robust digital support channel for members and staff. Composed of knowledge management, the firm said the product includes contact management, e-mail management and self-service capabilities.
"With most financial institutions having less than 10% utilization of their online banking services, the channel is clearly not serving customers and members effectively," said Chuck Van Court, president of Fuze Technologies. "To increase adoption and profitability of online banking services, financial institutions must provide end-users with better online support and personal finance information that puts them in control of making the best decisions possible for their family's financial well-being."
