American Eagle CU (Division of ABECU) Merging With Meridian CU

The $705-million Anheuser-Busch Employees' Credit Union and the $117-million Meridian Credit Union have agreed to merge. Meridian Credit Union will be combined with American Eagle Credit Union, a division of ABECU, and will have an FOM that includes a number of St. Louis zip code communities and select employee groups as well as four Missouri counties: St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson. The combined CU will have 92,000 members.
