HARTFORD, Ct. - (02/02/06) American Eagle FCU said it hassigned with Customer Expressions, of Ottawa, Canada, to implementthe companys i-Sight Services and complains software toimprove their handling of member feedback. The companysi-Sight family of case management solutions is used by financialinstitutions, manufacturers, industry regulators and investigativeagencies to record and manage complaints, track cases and improvecustomer satisfaction. The $800 million credit union said itdecided to implement to i-Sight system because too many membercomplaints and suggestions were falling between thecracks.
