ROME, N.Y. – AmeriCU CU’s Ft. Drum Branch partnered with the students, teachers & administrators of local Evans Mills Primary School and the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers program to create and send out more than 400 holiday cards to soldiers who are overseas this holiday season.

"We chose the BOSS program because those are the soldiers who do not have families that will be sending them cards, gifts or other thoughtful items this holiday season," said Tina Wildhaber, regional branch manager of the credit union. "This way, it gives them a little something to encourage them during this time of year and shows our appreciation for them being over there for us, continuing to fight for our freedom."
