CHICAGO - (05/31/05) -- The Bank Administration Institutionhas acquired Bankers Training and Consulting. Co., a St.Louis-based provider of training and educational services forfinancial institutions. Bankers Training provides instruction inall areas for banking and financial services, from receptionists tochief financial officers, over the Internet and videotapes. Thecompany has focused on community banks but recently expanded itsmarket into credit unions. Terms of the deal were notdisclosed.
