Security Service FCU has signed an agreement with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox to change the name of Sky Sox Stadium to Security Service Field.
The 12-year agreement between the Sky Sox and San Antonio, Texas-based Security Service includes significant stadium sponsorship and advertising inventory, special stadium benefits for Security Service members and promotional and community partnerships. The two organizations have also come together to create a new, facility specific logo.
The stadium will also undergo a $4 million privately funded renovation prior to Opening Day. The Sky Sox are the Triple A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies.
