TAMPA, Fla. – Bay Gulf CU yesterday said it has signed a collections outsourcing agreement with Gila Corp.
Under the deal, Gila will handle the collection of all delinquent loan and negative share draft accounts beginning with accounts classified as early as five days delinquent until charged off by management of the $200 million credit union. In addition, accounts under 60 days delinquent shall be worked on Gila's I3 Dialer as mutually agreed upon to help control delinquency levels.
Gila is based in Austin, Texas.
