GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. – Bellco CU has applied to state regulators to expand its field of membership to serve more than 500,000 people in Adams and Broomfield counties.

The application comes just months after the $2 billion credit union was approved to add 600,000 residents in Denver County.
Chartered to serve employees of the local telephone company, Bellco now serves residents in eight Colorado counties and more than 100 select groups under the state’s so-called hybrid charter combining community and multiple groups.
