ALBANY, N.Y. – Capital Communications CU, fresh off its fourth merger in three years, said it has acquired property in nearby Cohoes where it plans to build a 10th branch.
The property was acquired for $500,000 from the city of Cohoes, the New York State Department of Transportation and a private land owners.
The new branch is slated for opening next April.
