The system is coordinated with thecounty prosecutors office, which notifies all checkscofflaws. Scofflaws make a payment by using their last name andhot check identification number provided by the county prosecutor.Then they can enter a payment amount and credit card details on thecountys secure web site. People with active warrants mustpay those first before using the online system.
