RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – CO-OP Financial Services announced it has moved its anti-fraud center and its 20 analysts in-house.
The new Fraud Service Center was created to focus on CO-OP member credit unions that use Fair Isaac’s Falcon Fraud Manager, neural network technology that analyzes signature and PIN debit transactions for signs of fraud. The CO-OP analysts are trained to continuously monitor this data, identify potential threats and take corrective or preventive action.
The credit union-owned CO-OP Financial Services is the parent of the CO-OP electronic funds transfer network.
