RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – CO-OP Financial Services announced this morning the introduction of CO-OP Bill Pay, the company’s first online bill payment product.
The new service is the result of CO-OP’s January acquisition of U.S. Central’s Corporate Network eCom, LLC, which offered e-billing services to credit unions. “The new line is a perfect extension of our e-commerce solutions, and will help our clients compete even more effectively against banks in terms of access and convenience services they can offer their members,” said Stan Hollen, president of CO-OP Financial.
The new service is supported by CO-OP’s eCom organization, with 13 years experience and providing support for 750,000 credit union members.
CO-OP Bill Pay will allow members to receive, view, manage and pay all of their own bills when they log on to their credit union’s online banking website.
