PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Community Financial CU is giving away $1,060 to a charity, community group or school every weekday for the next 60 days as part of its Summer of Sharing promotion celebrating its 60th anniversary.
People can nominate a recipient at the website SummerOfSharing.org and by answering this question, “What GOOD could you do with $1,060?”
“We know tough economic times can impact groups that rely on donations to keep programs running,” said Sarah Cousineau, the $465 million credit union’s marketing manager.
