Conservation Employees' CU Names New President

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Conservation Employees’ Credit Union, a $102 million institution based here, announced that Kevin Brueseke will take over as president on Oct. 19, while the credit union’s current president, Louie Delk, will stay on in a support role for a short period.

“Our board of directors is excited about the credit union’s future with Kevin as our president,” said board chairman Larry Vangilder in a statement. “We look forward to his leadership as we continue to provide our members with the best service and value available in Missouri.”

Brueseke, an alumni of both the University of Missouri–St. Louis and Webster University, said: “my leadership style complements the credit union’s strong credit union philosophy of service.”

Brueseke has more than 30 years of experience in the CU community, including service as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of the Missouri Credit Union Association, prior to becoming a financial examiner for the Missouri Division of Credit Unions in 2012.

He also worked as an accountant at Arsenal Credit Union, now a $210 million institution based in Arnold, Mo.
