ORLANDO - (11/15/05) -- Wincor Nixdorf will unveil a newcustomer relationship management solution that will interact withATMs, at the annual BAI Retail Delivery Conference Tuesday. Thecompany's ProClassic/ProSales CRM software will give credit unionsand banks the ability to make direct, personalized contact withcustomers at the ATM, including advertisements, messages, surveysor other information. With ProClassc/ProSales, the customer'sresponse is delivered directly to the marketing system and acts asa link between the institution's existing CRM system and its ATMnetwork. This will help the financial institution to generaterevenue through third-party advertising, reduce advertising costsand increase customer loyalty through personalized marketing andsales campaigns.
