CU24 Members Share $7 MillionPayout

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - (04/28/06) - Credit Union 24, one of two remainingnational electronic funds transfer networks owned by credit unions,said it paid out a new high of $7.2 million to members for2005--roughly five times the previous high. The payout includes$4.7 million earned by individual credit unions through thenetwork's Platinum Rewards Program, and $2.5 million in patronagedividends. Patronage dividends are paid to all participatingmembers of the network. The previous high was $1.5 million paid outfor 2004.
