The CUNA Council has released a new research paper that can help credit unions manage multiple delivery channels for providing products and services.
The white paper, titled "Delivering the Omni-Channel Experience," helps institutions organize and operate ATM, mobile, online, call center and in-branch sales channels, according to a statement released Tuesday.
The paper provides information on the difference between "digital" and "omni-channel"; the benefits of a true omni-channel platform; how to manage the integration of a new channel without losing customers; determining return on investment; and optimizing a cross-channel experience.
The CUNA Council will make the research report available to members free of charge.
